At TLC, every order is treated with priority & care. Your order is important to us & our goal is to get your product to you as fast as possible. Due to the fact that we custom design & fill most of our pillows on an individual basis, you can expect to receive your pillow(s) in approximately 2 weeks. The holidays present an additional set of challenges; if you are ordering our pillows for gifts, or have a certain deadline date to meet, please email us first to find out how long production should take until your product is ready to ship.
Due to the weight of our pillows, we discovered it was most cost effective to ship them to our customers via USPS Priority Mail. Your exact total will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
If you have special instructions for delivery, or if your order is a gift, & you would like the invoice to be left out of the shipment, please let us know that in the 'Comments' section of your order... your email confirmation will then be your receipt.
*Ohio residents pay sales tax,
which will be added at check out. There is no sales tax on out-of-state orders.

All of our pillows are custom sewn, filled, & embroidered on an individual basis. Your pillow will arrive 1-3 days from the day it is shipped to you, but may take a few weeks from order date to be completed. Process to Place an International Order:
- Please email us with the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Complete Shipping Address (Please label each part of the address...indicate what is the Street, City, Province, Country, & Zip Code)
- List of the products (quantity and selection details) you plan to purchase
- We will reply back with a quote for the total amount of your order including products listed and shipping.
- Once you are ready to complete the order for the quote we sent you, please reply back to let us know you are ready to purchase your order and you accept the quote.
- We will email you a money request to your email address for your total purchase plus shipping & handling.
- Once we’ve receive the funds for the purchase in our business account we’ll start processing your order. We will notify you via email when your order is completed and shipped. If available, we will also provide a tracking number to track your package.
NOTE: We have found that using the above process & shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority International is the most secure & cost effective method for expediting our international orders. We apologize for the inconvenience, & are currently working to get this automated on our website.
